About UHPcart

UHPcart is an India-based stocking distributor of ultra high purity (UHP) gas and fluid handling components. We supply face-seal fittings, diaphragm and bellows valves, electropolished 316L tubing, point-of-use regulators, gas filters and purifiers, UHP instrumentation, cleanroom consumables, wafer handling tools and orbital welding consumables.

Our customers build and maintain semiconductor fabs and OSAT lines, solar cell and LED plants, specialty gas filling stations, research cleanrooms and pharmaceutical process gas systems. Most of these parts were imported to order with long lead times. We hold the high-turn items in India so a fab hook-up, a gas panel build or a maintenance shutdown is not held up by a gasket.

Quality and certifications

• Material traceability. Material test reports (MTR) with heat numbers and a certificate of conformance (CoC) are supplied with every lot of fittings, valves and tubing.
• Surface finish. EP tubing and wetted valve surfaces are electropolished to Ra 10 µin (0.25 µm) max, Ra 5 µin on request, with profilometer reports available.
• Standards. Tubing to ASTM A269 / A270 and SEMI F20 practice; fittings and valves helium leak tested to 1 × 10⁻⁹ atm·cc/s or better where specified.
• Packaging. Components are cleaned, capped, nitrogen purged and double bagged for cleanroom entry. Outer cartons are labelled with SKU, lot and quantity.
• Cross references. Where we list equivalent part numbers from other manufacturers, they are for reference only. Confirm critical dimensions and ratings against the datasheet before substitution.

Terms of sale

• Prices are in Indian Rupees, exclusive of GST, for delivery within India. GST is charged at the rate applicable to each HSN code and is shown before you place an order.
• Minimum order quantities and pack sizes are shown on every product. Cut-to-length tubing is non-returnable.
• Payment by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking), bank transfer against proforma, or purchase order with credit terms for approved GST-registered companies.
• Lead times shown for made-to-order items are typical and confirmed at order acceptance.
• Returns are accepted within 7 days for unopened cleanroom packaging only, excluding cut tubing and specially configured valves. Return freight is at the buyer's cost unless the item was supplied incorrectly.
• Warranty. Products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from dispatch. Liability is limited to replacement of the goods.
• Export. Some items are subject to export control. We ship within India by default and quote export orders individually.

Shipping

In-stock orders placed before 2 pm IST on a working day ship the same day by surface or air courier. A flat shipping charge applies below the free-shipping threshold shown in the cart. Tracking details are emailed on dispatch. We also ship to your freight forwarder for consolidated exports.
